A Vancouver developer is revising its plans for a five-story, 77-unit apartment complex on 1.6 acres in the Walnut Grove neighborhood.

In August, after hearing from dozens of neighbors who opposed the plan, the Vancouver City Council turned down Sunlight Rentals’ request to change zoning for the property to the city’s highest density R-50 zone , which allows up to 50 housing units per acre.
