Law enforcement sources tell WWL that officers surrounded a home in southwest Atlanta Wednesday afternoon after receiving information that Groves may be inside.

They say the home has been gassed multiple times but no one has come outside.

3 months after the jailbreak, Derrick Groves remains on the run

Groves escaped from the New Orleans jail on May 16 along with nine others. While the others have since been recaptured, Groves has remained on the run for nearly five months.

All nine inmates recaptured pleaded not guilty to simple and aggravated escape.
