A new $9.3 million youth adventure hub has opened in Perth’s northern suburbs, featuring a range of facilities, including a skate park, BMX tracks, and playgrounds.

The Duncraig Adventure Hub youth-focused facility at Percy Doyle Reserve took just more than 12 months to build. It has been designed to provide young people with a safe and engaging space for recreation and social connection.

The hub also includes a Sensory Monster Playground, accessible restrooms, a roller skating pad with music, 3x3 basketball and netball hoops, a water feature, shaded seating, barbecue areas, lighting and CCTV.

The hub has been built on the site of former tennis courts, which the City of Joondalup resolved to decommission in September 2010.
