A Katy Perry fan was left speechless when the pop star grabbed his phone to take on stage at her Lifetimes show at Glasgow's OVO Hydro last night. ‌

Ryan Murray, from Maybole, Ayrshire , attended the concert with his best friend Heather Watters, 38, who has been a lifelong fan of the American singer. ‌

The 38-year-old carer was taking a video of the Teenage Dream artist singing her hit Last Friday Night when she took the phone from his hand and began recording herself performing across the stage for several minutes. ‌

Ryan told the Record: “It was the most crazy, surreal experience. It was just something we would have never expected to happen!

“I thought she was just going to shake my hand, so I was shocked when she just grabbed my phone!
