A will supposedly left behind by Six Nations millionaire Ken Hill has been dismissed by Ontario’s Superior court with a decision that should disperse his fortune to his nine children.

Hill, who had properties, businesses, a massive house on Six Nations, a huge car collection, a yacht and children by eight different women, died in 2021 of a blood clot complication from COVID.

When a photocopy of a computerized will, dated just four months before his death, was produced, it named one son, Ryan Burnham, as the executor, provided $5-million bequests to most of his kids, and gave “all the rest of my property and land” to Burnham.

Hill’s children – now nine to 44 years in age — and former partners argued that the will was ‘suspicious’ and a judge agreed.
