The annual Cy-Hawk men's basketball game between Iowa and Iowa State is now set. This year's game will be at Hilton Coliseum in Ames.

Iowa has almost an entirely new team in 2025-26 after hiring Ben McCollum as the program's new head coach, replacing Fran McCaffery. McCollum brought several players from Drake, most notably Bennett Stirtz, a preseason All-Big Ten team selection and the reigning MVC Player of the Year.
