Clay, N.Y. - A Salina man has been arrested after deputies say he took videos of women and teen girls getting in and out of cars in a store parking lot while he committed a lewd sex act.

The man was charged in connection with three incidents between March and September in the parking lot of a T.J. Maxx at 3841 Rt. 31 in Clay, according to Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Thomas Newton.

Deputies believe there may be other victims and witnesses.

Eric N. Higley, 30, of Salina, filmed the women and girls entering and exiting vehicles in the parking lot while he masturbated inside his own vehicle, Newton said.

Newton said investigators believe there are several more unreported incidents, and several times that people reported him but he left before an officer arrived.
