Srinagar, Oct 8: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will chair a high-level security and development review meeting on Jammu and Kashmir in New Delhi on Thursday, with a focus on counter-terrorism, winter strategy, post-flood relief, and development.

The meeting will be attended by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo, Director General of Police (DGP) Nalin Prabhat, heads of intelligence agencies, and Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) CID, Nitish Kumar, among others.
