SUGAR LAND, Texas (KIAH) -- Police are investigating a possible road rage shooting that has left a driver dead in Sugar Land, police said.

Several Sugar Land police officers were called to the 12900 block of Dairy Ashford Road near U.S. Highway 90A due to a shooting.

Police have not yet identified a suspect, but believe the shooter is still in the area.

Police have closed off parts of Dairy Ashford at the intersections of Julie Rivers Drive to Corporate Drive to conduct an investigation.
