Bucks' Doc Rivers quickly shuts down Giannis Antetokounmpo to Knicks rumors

The New York Knicks were reportedly interested in trading for two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo this summer, and rumors suggested the feeling may have been mutual.

Following the Milwaukee Bucks ’ third consecutive first-round playoff exit, speculation swirled around the nine-time All-Star’s future. ESPN’s Shams Charania reported Tuesday that Bucks general manager Jon Horst “picked up the Knicks’ call on Antetokounmpo,” adding that the two teams discussed potential offers for Milwaukee’s franchise cornerstone in August.
