Community came out to celebrate the official grand opening of the middle years playground at Boissevain School numbering over 300 people yesterday evening. And that new playground structure was enjoyed by the many families who joined in the celebration!
The event was hosted by the chemical company BASF as a congratulations to the Parent Advisory Council playground project committee and the entire community for the support during the Growing Home Contest that secured the $25,000 grand prize after a public vote this past summer. On behalf of BASF, Mosaic events took care of all the details, from the ribbon cutting ceremony to the food catering, to blowing the orange balloons (BASF's branding colors)
