LUBBOCK, Texas-- A resident of Lubbock was run over while inside a porta-potty during an incident on Monday, September 8, in the 4000 block of 151st Street.

According to police records obtained by EverythingLubbock.com on Wednesday, the victim informed officers that he had seen the suspect in the vicinity of his construction site, driving slowly. He also told the officers that the suspect remained in the area all morning and appeared to be watching him.

Later on in the day, the victim advised that when he entered the porta-potty on site, he was struck by what he observed to be an F-250 pickup truck. The victim then began to run away, but the suspect followed him and began fighting him until some of the ot
