JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — An Elizabethton man was arrested after a grand jury indictment on two counts of aggravated rape and one count of aggravated sexual battery.
Timothy Walker, 63, was arrested on Oct. 2 after an investigation at a community living health facility, according to a release from the Johnson City Police Department (JCPD).
The release said the JCPD Special Victims Unit launched the investigation after a resident reported being sexually assaulted by an employee.
After investigators presented the evidence to the grand jury, the grand jury returned a true bill on aggravated rape and aggravated sexual battery charges.
Walker was transported to the Washington County Detention Center.
