FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WBAY) - Newly released body camera footage is at the center of testimony on day three of the murder trial for 16-year-old Parise Larry Jr.

Larry, who was just 14 at the time, is facing 17 charges, including first-degree Intentional Homicide in the death of 20-year-old Tatyanna Zech in May 2023.

If convicted, he faces a mandatory life sentence. His co-defendant, Antonio Johnston, pled guilty to the crime earlier this year.

It was another emotional day in court, as footage that was played out in court showed deputies searching around Theisen Middle School, located less than half a mile from the crime scene.

A 911 tip reported people possibly connected to the shooting near the north side of the building.
