DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Happy tails is back! Every Wednesday, WAND will feature animals from the Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation (DMCASF).

This week, we're featuring Angel and Birthday Cake.

Angel is about two years old, is a proud mother to four kittens and spends her days roaming the shelter's lobby.

Birthday Cake is well-behaved, loves to play, has a huge smile and gets along well with other dogs.
