The man who set up a tent he said was loaded with explosives outside a Washington, D.C., church that was set to hold a Mass attended by U.S. Supreme Court justices had been arrested in Arizona at least once previously.
Louis Geri, 41, who was listed by the Metropolitan Police Department of Washington, D.C., as being from Highland in southern New Jersey, was convicted of indecent exposure in Scottsdale in 2021, according to court records.
