The Future Film Coalition has appointed Jax Deluca as the company’s new Interim Executive Director. With this position, Deluca will help lead the FFC’s national membership launch, develop the group’s network and strategy, as well as helping to secure resources and public policy protections.
During her tenure at the National Endowment for the Arts, Deluca oversaw more than $50 million in public investment in the arts through federal grant-making programs, spearheaded national initiatives such as the Independent Film & Media Arts Group. She previously served as the executive director of Squeaky Wheel Film & Media Arts Center, and is a current Documentary Film in the Public Interest Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy.
