ROSEBURG, Ore. - A significant drug bust unfolded in Douglas County as local authorities cracked down on illegal narcotics activities.

Douglas County Sheriff's Office officials said that 47-year-old Clinton Reed, 47, of Roseburg, was implicated in the alleged sale and purchase of fentanyl and methamphetamine. Detectives from the Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team (DINT) contacted Reed on October 7 in the 1400 block of Vine Street. Reed admitted to sending incriminating information to the sheriff’s office and disclosed plans to sell fentanyl. A thorough search of Reed’s backpack and home uncovered 48.3 grams of suspected fentanyl and 11 grams of suspected meth, along with baggies indicative of drug distribution.
