MINOT, ND (KXNET) — It's hockey season here in North Dakota, and the Minot Minotauros are already out in full force, but not just on the ice. On Wednesday, the Minotauros made a stop at the Magic City Discovery Center to spend a fun-filled day with some of their younger fans away from the rink.

Players signed autographs, posed for photos, and mingled with dozens of fans throughout the afternoon at the Minot Discovery Center, giving fans up-close access to their favorite team.

"It's super fun, because they get to come in and they get to play, but they also get to meet some of the players that they typically wouldn't be able to meet," Magic City Discovery Center marketing coordinator Abigail Arnold said. "It's just a fun opportunity and a good community collaboration."
