BRADFORD CO., PA. (WENY) -- A former Penn State football player is facing Homicide and other charges in connection to a fatal crash that happened in Bradford County last May.

Julian Crushon-Fleming, 24, from Elysburg, Pennsylvania is charged with Homicide by Vehicle, Homicide by Vehicle While DUI, Aggravated Assault by Vehicle, Aggravated Assault by Vehicle while Driving Under the Influence, Driving Under the Influence and other traffic infractions, according to court documents.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, Crushon-Fleming was driving an ATV on Painter Lick Lane in Columbia Township on May 23. A passenger, Alyssa Boyd was also in the ATV with him. As WENY previously reported, they crashed around 8 p.m. when a deer jumped into the roadway.
