NORMAN — OU football quarterback John Mateer was listed as questionable to play vs. Texas on the initial SEC availability report released Wednesday night.

Mateer is recovering from surgery on a broken bone in his right (throwing) hand that took place two weeks ago. If Mateer plays against the Longhorns , it'd be 17 days post-surgery.
