SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - As a non-alcohol social space, Good NAtured makes a mark on 8th Street in downtown Sioux Falls.

“We offer community and connection and lots of crafts,” said owner Shannon Ward. “We have talking circles, karaoke opportunities for people just to get together and be with the community.”

Ward is comfortable here, feels safe, and said that although she has been heckled here, she also has been in nicer areas on Phillips Avenue.

“Different experience when you’re in it and you’re meeting the people, and you’re having conversations with people. So I’ve been experiencing that for about three years here in the Whittier Neighborhood,” Ward explained.
