Central Coast Athletic Association (CCAA) football league play continues in full swing Friday night.

St. Joseph has been the top-ranked football team in the CCAA since the start of this season, and the Knights have won six straight. St. Joseph will try to make it seven in its Homecoming against Paso Robles.

One of the most long-standing rivalries on the Central Coast will resume Friday night when Lompoc plays at Arroyo Grande at 7 p.m. The home-standing Eagles are two-time defending Mountain League champions. A Lompoc football team last beat Arroyo Grande in 2022, 42-37.
