CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A man from Chesterfield County has been arrested for trying to exploit a child online in Charlottesville.

The Charlottesville Police Department reports 29-year-old Ricardo Lopez Solis is facing charges of using a communications system while taking indecent liberties with a minor and use of a communications system for solicitation of a minor.
