A York County cop and his wife were arrested after giving alcohol to minors and drinking with them, according to police.

Elias Anthony Martinez, 41, a Carroll Township patrolman, and his wife Shae Katherine Martinez, 33, both of Dillsburg, were charged with corruption of minors and furnishing alcohol to minors after a Childline tip prompted a police investigation.

The charges relate to parties between July 2023 and October 2024 when police say they gave several teens between 15 and 17 alcohol at their residence, and supervised and participated in alcohol consumption.

At one point, Shae Martinez offered to put her fingers down a minor’s throat to help them vomit after they drank too much, police said.
