SARATOGA SPRINGS — Joel Lilley, who goes by the moniker Kuddlybear, released his third album of the year on Sept. 26.

The new record, titled “What Miracles Come to Light,” features contributions from one of Lilley's former bandmates, Rachael Sunday. The two were in local area rock outfit Dryer alongside Bobby Carlton.
