FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- Three people, including two Pennsylvania State Troopers, were shot Wednesday evening in Franklin County.
Two Troopers who were responding to a call in southern Franklin County exchanged gunfire with "one of the suspects," Pennsylvania State Police at Chambersburg said. The Troopers were injured and flown to WellSpan York. Their condition is not known at this time.
State Police did not say if the suspect was taken to a hospital.
The nature of the incident that State Police were called to was not released.
The coroner is also at the scene of the shooting, according to an abc27 News crew there.
State Police said there is no threat to the public.
