ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Five people were shot and one was killed Wednesday evening in north St. Louis City.

The shooting happened around 7 p.m. in the 5900 block of Wells.

One person was killed in the shooting. Police say the four other people injured in the shooting are in stable condition.

First Alert 4 has a crew at the scene and is working to gather more information.
