COLUMBIA, S.C. — After a warm and humid start to the week, a noticeable change in the weather pattern will bring comfortable fall-like conditions to the Midlands and South Carolina through the weekend.
A cold front will move through the area tonight bringing with it cooler temperatures, breezy winds, and clearer skies. High temperatures will be in the low to mid 70s, with the low temperatures falling into the 50s and low 60s.
Wednesday night will be breezy with wind gusts reaching up to 30 mph. Overnight low temperatures across the Midlands will fall into the upper 50's and low 60's by early Thursday morning.
