Frontier field hockey holds off late charge, defeats Longmeadow

SOUTH DEERFIELD - It’s getting very interesting in the race for the Suburban League field hockey title.

Host Frontier buried a pair of goals and held on for dear life in the waning minutes of regulation as Longmeadow peppered Redhawks goalie Brooke Charest.
