ASHTABULA — The Ashtabula Dream Center hosted a ribbon cutting celebrating its new location Wednesday.

The Dream Center, which started in 2001, hosts a soup kitchen, food pantry and bicycle ministry, and is now at 5028 Benefit Ave., Ashtabula.
