Srinagar: The government of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday ordered major reshuffle of police officers.

An order issued by the government, reads, In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings of IPS officers are hereby ordered with immediate effect.

Mr. Abdul Ghani Mir, IPS (AGMUT:1994), awaiting order of posting, is posted as Commandant General, Home Guards, Civil Defence, SDRF, J&K, relieving Mr. Alok Kumar, IPS of the additional charge of the post.

Mr. Mohd. Yaseen Kichloo, IPS (AGMUT:2013) SSP CICE Jammu, transferred and posted as Principal STC Talwara vice Mohd. Arif Rishu.

Mr. Shobhit Saxena, IPS (AGMUT:2015) SSP Kathua, is transferred and posted as SSP Security, J&K, against an available vacancy.

Ms. Tanushree, IPS (AGMUT:2017) SP SIA HQ, is transferred
