Noida, Oct 9: A speeding Land Rover Defender lost control and collided with six vehicles near Gulshan One29 Mall in Sector 129, Noida, on Wednesday night, police said. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.

The incident involved five four-wheelers and one motorcycle before the vehicle came to a stop. The driver, identified as Sunil, a resident of Noida Sector 100, has been taken into custody. The Land Rover carried a VVIP number plate, 1111.

A team from the Expressway Police Station promptly reached the scene and took the driver into custody, according to the Noida Police Commissionerate. An investigation into the circumstances of the accident is underway.
