MAGICAL CANADA POST MEMORIES

Fifty-three years ago, when I was 10, I remember, with great delight, licking a mint-flavoured eight-cent stamp to send a letter (a letter!) to a pen-pal in Vancouver (the other side of the country!). Article content Article content Article content

Magically, he replied with a letter in response with a different Canadian eight-cent stamp!

It was magical to me then. Today, I have pen-pals around the world who can be serviced for a $3 stamp. So much cheaper than flying there.

I love Canada Post! I think they have always offered to me great value, reliable service, dedication and accountability.
