MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Good morning, southern Wisconsin! As we head into Thursday morning, you might still notice some chilly air, especially for our northern areas, where patchy frost is possible overnight. For most of us, temperatures will be in the mid-to-upper 30s. Today, however, will be a dry and pleasant day under mostly clear skies, with temperatures returning to right around normal for this time of year, generally in the mid to upper 60s.
