Kate Middleton has issued a warning over Brits using screens too much in a new essay written by herself and an academic professor.

The Princess of Wales hit out at the "epidemic of disconnection" that disrupts family life in the work written by herself and Professor Robert Waldinger from Harvard Medical School.
