The redevelopment of the expansive Humana campus in De Pere will enter its next phase before the end of 2025.

The De Pere City Council on Tuesday, Oct. 7 unanimously approved a development agreement with Phoenix of De Pere LLC's Bill Kingston to construct the first phases of The Lofts at Preserve off Employers Boulevard in the heart of the former Humana campus.
