Jeffries and Lawler confront each other over shutdown

As the government shutdown continues, tensions between Democrats and Republicans are rising on Capitol Hill. On Wednesday lawmakers broke out into open hostility as Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY) and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) got into a heated verbal confrontation over the shutdown.
