The Justice Department is announcing the arrest of 29-year-old Uber driver Jonathan Rinderknecht in connection with the massive Palisades fire in January that would become one of the most devastating fires in Los Angeles history. Rinderknecht, who authorities allege "maliciously" set the fire which killed a dozen people, is charged with arson. NBC’s Liz Kreutz reports for TODAY.
