Kingston Police are looking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a downtown arson.

The arson occurred in the area of Montreal Street and Queen Street on September 30 around 5:15 a.m.

The suspect is described as a tall Caucasian male with black hair and a short black beard. Surveillance camera footage showed the person pulling a black canvas wagon at the time of the incident.
