Tray Lachney will not face trial after pleading guilty to two felony theft charges and drug possession with intent to deliver. Minot police arrested him in February, accusing him of breaking into a storage unit and stealing equipment from a work vehicle. Lachney received a sentence of 18 months in prison and three years of probation. Authorities also seized over $4,500 during his arrest, which a judge has now ordered to be forfeited to the Ward County Drug Task Force.
