Portland awaits arguments Thursday morning before the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on whether it will put a more lasting hold on Oregon U.S. District Judge Karin J. Immergut ’s initial temporary restraining order blocking federal deployment of the Oregon National Guard in Portland.
The arguments will be livestreamed at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 2 of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals headquarters in San Francisco, but lawyers have been allowed to appear remotely by video feed.
