Nobody move.

For the first time all season, movement at the very top of each division of the Michigan Sports Writers high school football rankings remained the same. Each No. 1 team from a week ago was able to keep its spot heading into Week 7.

That's not to say there wasn't movement elsewhere. A total of nine new teams entered the polls, some making notable first impressions.

Hastings jumped from unranked all the way up to No. 7 in Division 3, then Saginaw Valley Lutheran moved up all the way to No. 5 in Division 7.
