Chandigarh, October 9, 2025: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and National Convener of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday introduced Entrepreneurship Mindset Course (EMC) to make the state a land of job givers instead of job seekers.

Addressing the gathering, Arvind Kejriwal said that for 17 long years a student contributes to education adding that the aim of education should be that he should be able to earn bread for family, he should be a good citizen of the country and society.
