PARMA, Ohio -- Voters on Nov. 4 will be deciding a few Parma City Council ward races.

In Ward 3, John Soeder (D) faces nonpartisan Dale K. Dotson.

Soeder was appointed earlier this year after the resignation of Mark Casselberry, who was elected as Cuyahoga County Council Ward 4 representative.

Ward 7 incumbent Kammy Shuman (D) is once again being challenged by Danielle Downs (R).

The two earlier faced off in 2021.

The Ward 8 seat mirrors the 2023 election. Incumbent Amanda Boyd (D) is being challenged by Robert Porvasnik (R) and Debbie Tabasso (nonpartisan).

Finally, Ward 9’s Robert B. Euerle (nonpartisan) will face off against Andy Schofield, who in 2013 sought the same seat before losing in the primary.
