A Kentucky sheriff has been charged with his third DUI — after being spotted going 110 miles per hour with his lights and sirens blaring.
Robertson County Sheriff Terry Gray, 48, was charged Tuesday after almost crashing into his counterpart in nearby Mason County, Sheriff Ryan Swolsky, who arrested him.
It was his third DUI arrest in two years, with Gov. Andy Beshear now demanding his resignation.
Gray was wearing his uniform and had handcuffs and a gun on him when he was pulled over, according to an arrest report obtained by the Ledger Independent .
