JESSAMINE COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - The Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating George Simpson, a non-compliant sex offender from Nicholasville.

“I spoke to Mr. Simpson on Monday over the phone, and he told me he would be turning himself in at lunchtime,” said Deputy Matt Lytle with the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office. “I have not heard from him since then. We’ve had multiple people call in thinking they’ve seen him on Tates Creek Road or around the county, but we’ve still been unsuccessful in locating him.”

Multiple warrants issued for address violations

Simpson has multiple warrants for his arrest, including failure to disclose his current address which is a requirement for all registered offenders in the county.
