LIMA TOWNSHIP, MI — A rumor circulating around the Chelsea area that Amazon could be eyeing agricultural land just off Interstate 94 in Lima Township for a distribution center is false, township officials say.

Residents have noticed a for-sale sign placed by Swisher Commercial on the 62-acre property at the northwest corner of North Fletcher Road and Old U.S. 12.
