Belthangady : The Karnataka High Court has issued notices to seven respondents, including the Special Investigation Team (SIT), the Enforcement Directorate (ED), and senior police officials, directing them to submit the investigation report in connection with the alleged conspiracy against Dharmasthala Temple.

The case was heard on October 9, following a writ petition filed by Tejas Gowda and others, who had earlier lodged a complaint with the SIT regarding the alleged conspiracy against the Dharmasthala institution.

After taking up the matter, the High Court ordered notices to be sent to the SIT, ED, Income Tax Department, Director General and Inspector General of Police (DG&IGP), Superintendent of Police, Government of Karnataka, and the Bengaluru City Police Commissioner, all named a
