Claims last-minute changes to a Greater Manchester masterplan put swathes more land at risk of development than originally proposed have been slapped down by landowners’ lawyers in the High Court today (October 9).
Places for Everyone (PfE), adopted by nine Greater Manchester boroughs last year, has been controversial since its inception 11 years ago, due to how much green belt land it earmarks for development.
